Brutal cyclone trial returns TONIGHT as EastEnders Adam Woodyatt and Matty Lee axed from the show

Fans cry after Frankie Bridge opens up about hospitalization

Frankie Bridge opened up about her mental health breakdown when she was only 21.

Frankie, 33, has been so open about her struggles with anxiety and depression that tonight she praised the footballer’s husband, Wayne Bridge, for helping her get better.

She was sitting by the fire with Olympic submarine Mate Lee who asked Frankie about her past hospitalizations.

She said, “I’ve always had depression and anxiety and I had a meltdown when I was about 21, I think I was. I’ve had a really bad breakup, and that’s been a really year and everyone was really horrible.”

“I was with Wayne, I was able to work at work, but then I came home and couldn’t work. Just crying all the time. I didn’t want to be alive anymore.”

She later added in the Bush Telegraph: “I know it can be a bit shocking for others to hear that I was hospitalized at the age of 21.

“I think people often think that this kind of thing only happens to seniors. So I don’t mind talking about it and Matty seemed really interested.”
