Kanye admits he punched autograph seeker in West Hollywood

Kanye West has admitted punching an autograph student who allegedly induced him to walk out of a West Hollywood club earlier this week, as the rapper is being investigated for battery.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, West, 44, said he was outside a Soho warehouse at 3 a.m. Thursday when a man he’s been taking in recent days provoked him to get autographs.

“I’m saying, ‘You don’t know what I’m dealing with right now,'” West said, referring to footage of him hitting the unidentified man.

I just finished those two songs, I came from the studio, and this guy, he had this real attitude, like, “What are you going to do? And see that?”

Emma just told you, this blue COVID mask isn’t going to stop the knockout, you know what I’m saying?

He added that he was upset at the time with his estranged wife Kim Kardashian, who has filed for divorce and is now dating Pete Davidson, and his cousin who failed to tell Kardashian he wanted to visit one of their children at school.

Security will not come between me and my children. ‘And my kids won’t be on TikTok without my permission,’ Kanye said as he repeated his message to Kardashian.

He also stated that he was disturbed by her budding romance with Davidson.

‘How are you going to blame me for acting and kissing a dude who’s dating right in front of me. Everyone is like, “That’s cool,” and I hear the new friend is in the house and I can’t even go to him.

West claims the guy who punched him wasn’t a fan of him, but someone is trying to make money by selling autographs he got from the rapper on January 10.

“This is the same paparazzi, this is not a fan. This is someone who uses your photo, and may never listen to your songs.

Dramatic footage of the fallout from the accident shows West yelling, “Get away from me” at his cousin, who was trying to calm him while the signature student was on the floor holding his head in pain.

Witnesses told TMZ that West punched the man twice in the head and once in the neck, hitting him down and causing the fan to hit his head on the sidewalk.

His cousin could be heard saying to the rapper, “I’m your family,” as she tries to hold his hand and make him relax.

‘No, get away from me!’ And the West shouts: ‘There are no hands, no hands.’

“You were supposed to talk to her,” he adds, now revealing his anger at his cousin for not telling his estranged wife that he wanted to visit their child at school.

He eventually blamed his cousin for his bad temper which caused him to get angry after the quarrel, which was captured by confused passersby on video.

He said he eventually admitted to the attack because he was tired of the media’s portrayal of the incident and wanted to control the narrative.

This is from the horse’s mouth. I told you all before, you’re not fit to be responsible for my narrative,” West told Jason Lee of Entertainment Tonight.

I told you before, I’m taking my version. I write my story. Why don’t you all go do something, you know what I mean, other than try to bring someone down.

The Los Angeles Police Department is currently investigating the case and has not yet made any arrests, but has identified West as a suspect.

Earlier in the evening of the incident, West had gone out with his new girlfriend Julia Fox at Delilah in West Hollywood for a star-studded dinner after spending the evening with Madonna and Floyd Mayweather.

The group seemed to be in high spirits after Diana Ross’ son Evan Ross shared video footage of them on Instagram.

While it was previously reported that West’s new romance is getting under the skin of his estranged wife Kim Kardashian, sources have claimed that she is happy to see the Donda artist smile again.

The West is no stranger to disagreements with the law. In 2014, he was arrested for assaulting a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport.

He was sentenced to 250 hours of community service, two years probation and 24 anger management sessions.

He was also arrested in 2008 for vandalism and battery over a quarrel with two photographers at the same airport. The case was dismissed after he paid for one of the photographer’s broken equipment and agreed to attend anger management counseling.
