Dean Smith has begun to open up about his swift return to management after being sacked by Aston Villa earlier this season.
“We haven’t seen our son in a while, he’s in America and fortunately Mr. Biden opened the border, and as soon as that happened, it was ‘right, let’s go out to America to visit our son,'” he said.
“But Norwich came on Tuesday before and asked if I would be interested. So I thought ‘Yeah, I’ll come to the meeting, have a conversation and see what they have to say.’ I absolutely loved what Stuart Webber had to say Neal Adams.
“So we drove there and they called me while I was there, I made a video call and I was really happy to accept that.
“When we got back there was a lot of roving and packing and moving things, but thankfully, I have a very supportive family that has gotten used to it over the years.”
