Becoming a lawyer is challenging, but for those who are smart, talented and determined, working in the bar is a realistic goal worth fighting for.

The difference between success and failure during the pupil application process can be very small, as successful candidates sometimes submit many applications before they secure the pupil.

A lot of learning happens along the way, as rejection forces the aspirant to re-evaluate their strengths and weaknesses – before turning back again.

The trio – from leading groups Gatehouse Chambers, Henderson Chambers and Radcliffe Chambers – will share their experiences and advice to an audience of aspiring lawyers on how to navigate the pupil insurance process. Business awareness will be on the agenda as well, as speakers consider some of the key substantive issues that future lawyers should put on their radar.
